Order Cancellation

❌ Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed or shipped.
Please double-check your order details before confirming your purchase.

Return Policy

  • If there is an issue with your order (wrong item, damaged, or missing product), you must notify us on the same day of delivery.

  • Requests made after the day of delivery will not be accepted.

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition to be eligible for return.

  • Perishable food items (e.g., hot meals, frozen products) are non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons.

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
