We ship orders using PostNL, a trusted courier service in the Netherlands.

Shipping times may vary slightly depending on your location and local postal services.

• Orders are processed within 1 - 3 business day after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package size, and weight.
  Free local delivery or store pickup may be available for customers in Eindhoven—please check availability during checkout.

• We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.

• We aim to deliver on time, but delays can occasionally happen due to weather, holidays, or courier issues. We are not responsible for delays once the package is handed over to the courier, but we will help you track and resolve any issues.
